Thanks for looking!
This is really incredible
You're a lot better at felting than I am... I just make little chibi animals w/o arms and legs...
Thanks so much! Ive been felting for almost 18 years now, it's taken me a while to get here and I still think I could improve greatly. We're all our own toughest critics eh?
Incredibly realistic. Well done.
This is incredible!
I've always wanted an Irish Wolfhound named Hank!!!!!! This is soooo awesome!!!
Awww he is so cute!
That's awesome! We have an irish wolfhound called Disney. I love irish wolfhounds, best dog breed <3
I have one! His name's Seamus, Aie!
Awww! I love Wolfhounds!!!
Get out of town, that's really good.
This is so awesome! Irish Wolfhounds belong to my favourite dog breeds!
Thanks!! They are such amazing dogs aren't they.
He's so handsome! The expression in the face is so real!
Wow, fantastic .
Oh, what a wonderfully felted dog! This is amazing! He really looks alive! How long does this take?
Many Thanks! I'm so glad you like it! And it's always a goal to make them look alive. It's hard to say how long they take as I work on them on and off over a few days but I'd say around 6 hours or so for this one. Thanks again!
I've been looking through all of your mini animals, and they are absoluetly stunning! i don't know how you do it, they look so real! keep up the good work 8D <3
You are too kind. Thanks so much for your very nice comment! I'm so glad you enjoy my creations!!
Oh, he's a beauty! <3 Is the nose and eyes made of sculpey?
Many Thanks!! Yes the eyes and nose are made of polymer clay, not the sculpey brand but one similar.
That is just so realistic! I didn't even know what needle felting is, so I looked it up on YouTube. Definitely something I'd like to try!
Thanks so much! Felting is tedious but a lot of fun, you should definitely give it a try!
How much do supplies cost, and where do you get them?
Supply costs vary, I think the best thing to do if you want to try felting is to buy a kit, like my bunny kit, that comes with everything you need to needle felt your first item, then if you like felting, all you will need (for a little while at least) is more wool, which runs about $2-$3 per ounce. There are many great people on Etsy that sell felting kits and supplies. You can try your local craft store but depending on the store you may not have much luck. If you'd like more details about where I buy my supplies, send me a note
